Training with me is about more than just toning up or losing weight. It’s about confidence, the confidence to look and feel your best--to ask out that boy on the other side of the coffee shop, to nail that interview, or to get up on stage and belt one out at the top of your lungs.

Through in home or private studio sessions, I can help you reach new levels of confidence and do the things you’ve always wanted to do. I will listen and help you work towards your goals through resistance training, cardiovascular training, and nutritional counseling. I will educate you about proper exercise techniques so that you feel comfortable in a gym setting whether you're a first timer or a seasoned gym rat.

What was your greatest areas of success since you started training with Ben?
Upper body strength. When I started training with Ben I could hardly do a single push-up and my core was weak. I feel as though I got the total body transformation I was looking for. Everything has been toned up, my core is much stronger than its ever been and I’ve been able to push myself to new limits!

How does Ben motivate you?
Ben motivates me with his enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and personality. When we trained together he was quick to notice any muscle definition and quick to point out when I beat a personal best. Having a trainer just as excited as me made me want to work that much harder and get more results!

How would you describe Ben as a personal trainer?
Ben is fantastic and quite frankly one of the best trainers I’ve ever come across. He notices more than just strength and areas of improvement. He’s the type of trainer that’s quick to make mental notes when it comes to procrastination tactics, exercise likes and dislikes etc. With Ben I looked forward to our sessions, anticipating the next challenge. I felt like he really listened me, took what I said and geared every session to push me mentally and physically. Slamming the medicine ball helped more than my arms! Ben Paley is a great personal trainer because of his commitment to his clients’ health and his knowledge on fitness. Future clients would be lucky to have him as a trainer.

How your life has changed since you began training with Ben?
I’m more confident than I’ve ever been. Ben’s enabled me to continuously challenge myself and maintain my good health.

What has been the highlight of your personal training fitness journey?
Setting a goal in October to degrease my body fat by 4% and achieving it! It’s inspiring to see those numbers. To see muscle definition and do reps at a weight I used to think was impossible is the greatest high on earth. I’m so thankful for the help I received in getting myself to this point.

Ben got into personal training because of his lifelong passion for fitness. His own journey towards personal health inspired him to help people make positive lifestyle changes that allow them to lead happier and healthier lives.

Before he was a personal trainer Ben was a basketball player, a rock climber, a yoga practitioner, and a dancer. He once even hiked 1000 km across the length of Israel with a 70 Ib. backpack on his back. Ben lives and breathes fitness, and knows the true value a healthy body can provide. He uses his extensive knowledge of personal fitness and experience in a wide variety of athletic activities to design programs that are fun and challenging and that can help you reach new levels in your pursuit of personal health and fitness.

Ben is a Can-Fit Pro certified personal trainer, nutrition and wellness specialist, and bootcamp instructor. He's also the founder and manager of Boylesque TO, Canada's only all-male burlesque troupe, so you can bet he knows how important it is to look and feel good about your body.
